Malibu Boats to Acquire Assets of Pursuit Boats for $100 Million and
Foot Locker Declares Quarterly Dividend

Malibu Boats (NasdaqGM:MBUU) has signed a definitive
agreement to acquire the assets of Pursuit Boats from S2 Yachts, Inc. for $100
million. GlobeNewswire lists the following transaction highlights:
● Premium brand positioned in one of the largest and fastest
growing segments in the marine industry
● Broadens Malibu’s breadth of boat offerings, diversifies end
markets, and boosts growth profile
● Ability to leverage manufacturing, design expertise and
distribution to accelerate outboard growth

2018; anticipated to be immediately accretive to earnings per share in FY19,

Foot Locker (NYSE:FL) has declared a quarterly cash dividend on their common stock of $0.345 per share. It
will be payable on November
2, 2018 to shareholders of
record on October 19, 2018.
IndyCar’s Wickens Has Spinal Surgery Following Crash at Pocono, Li Na
Could Be the First Asian Tennis HOF Inductee and Borgata Casino in NJ Launches
Mobile Sports Betting App
IndyCar driver Robert Wickens, who was in a crash
at Pocono Raceway in Philadelphia, has had titanium rods and screws inserted
into his spine, according to the Associated Press. This was done to support his spine after he sustained a spinal cord
injury in the crash. Wickens, who was a championship driver in Europe, left
this year to become a rookie in IndyCar. He is in stable condition and is expected to undergo more
surgeries.
WTA reports that
Conchita MartÃnez, Li Na and Mary Pierce have all been named on the 2019
International Tennis Hall of Fame ballot. China’s Li Na would be the first
Asian player to be elected to the Hall of Fame in its history. Li expressed
gratitude for the recognition and satisfaction that the sport is growing in
popularity in her home country.
"I'm very honored to be nominated for the
International Tennis Hall of Fame. Tennis' history in China is still young, and
it's been a privilege for me to be part of the sport becoming so popular there.
I've loved to see so many young people get involved, and to see more of a
presence from China on the tours. To be considered to be in the Hall of Fame

The Borgata, the first casino in Atlantic City to
offer sports betting, has just launched a mobile sports betting app for
Android, according to the AP. The
casino said the app will be made available for other types of phones shortly.
The first bet taken on the app was $50 for the Philadelphia Eagles to win the
Super Bowl again.
